JOB OPPORTUNITIES OFFERED AT UBORA DESIGN

Junior Architect/Interior Designer (Entry-Level Position):

• • Responsibilities: Assisting senior architects and designers in project tasks, conducting research, preparing design drawings and presentations, and participating in client meetings.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design, proficiency in relevant software, strong communication and teamwork skills.

Principal/Partner:

• • • Responsibilities: Providing strategic leadership and direction for the firm, overseeing business development and client relations, and guiding the overall design vision and quality.
    • Qualifications: Extensive experience in architecture or interior design, proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationships, strong leadership and business acumen.

Mentorship Coordinator:

• • Responsibilities: Developing and implementing mentorship programs, pairing junior staff with senior mentors, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in mentoring or coaching, understanding of career development principles.

Training and Development Specialist:

• • Responsibilities: Identifying training needs, developing training curriculum and materials, organizing workshops and seminars, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Qualifications: Background in architecture or interior design, experience in training and development, knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Wellness Coordinator:

• • • Responsibilities: Implementing wellness initiatives, organizing wellness activities and events, providing resources and support for employee wellbeing.
    • Qualifications: Background in human resources, psychology, or wellness management, understanding of workplace wellbeing principles.
